At Alivetech Solution, we offer refunds and accept cancellations based on the type and stage of service. Project-based services may be partially refundable before significant work begins. Monthly digital marketing services must be canceled 7 days prior to renewal. No refunds are issued for completed or partially delivered services. Please review our full policy for details.

At Alivetech Solution, we strive to provide high-quality IT and marketing services. However, we understand there may be circumstances that require cancellation or a refund. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are issued.
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a service by submitting a written notice via email to info@alivetechsolution.com. Cancellation requests must include:
- Full name
- Project/service name
- Reason for cancellation
- Contact information
Cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation.
2. Cancellation Terms by Service Type
a) Website Design & Development
- 50% advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started.
- If work has not yet begun, a full refund may be issued upon cancellation.
- If the project is 50% or more complete, no refund will be issued.
b) Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, SMM)
- Monthly services are billed in advance.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused days.
c) One-Time Services (e.g., audits, reports)
- These are non-refundable once the work has been delivered or partially completed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Service not delivered as agreed in writing or scope document
- Duplicate payments due to technical error
- Project canceled before work has begun
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include full justification.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:
- Client delays or unresponsiveness
- Change of mind after project delivery
- Failure to provide required materials for project continuation
- Services rendered as per the agreed scope
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the total refund amount

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating any payment dispute. Any fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks will result in suspension of services and may involve legal action.
